Lovie's in Tampa. Look for Peanut to follow him down there...
       possibly Melton too.
Melton and McCoy on their DL would instantly give him the core
he needs for his defense... and arguably, a better pair of DTs
then we ever had during his time here. And if they could
somehow snag Clowney in the draft, they'd be on their way.
I wish Lovie the best but he's got his work cut out for him.
That is a very tough division and they have quite a few guys on
that Tampa roster that don't like being told what to do. They
may have a year or two of housecleaning to do on the personnel
side before they get enough players in there that will buy what
       Lovie is selling.

So be it if they leave. Tillnut is about ready to retire and
Melton can't stay healthy. Rebuild that D ground up if need
       be.....let's do it....

The things I want to hear today are Conte's gone and Tucker's
gone. Cutler's gonna sign pretty soon so that's pretty much a
done deal is what I've been hearing. So we need some heads to
roll today and start with those responsible for such a screwed
       up year on D......bye bye....

And it wouldn't surprise me one bit if Briggs decides to join
Url in retirement land this year.....

I have a feeling Tucker is staying and you will be disappointed.

There are some bad apples on that Tampa roster but there is also
a hell of a lot more talent on that team than there was on the
Bears when Lovie started there. Seeing the Bucs improve to 8 or
9 wins in 2014 wouldn't surprise me but with Carolina and New
Orleans in that division (plus a Falcons team I expect to
rebound), that may be about all they can do.
As for the presser today... I don't really expect a lot of huge
       news.
       - I expect they will say they are keeping Tucker and most (if
not all) of the defensive staff.
       - They will acknowledge our defense this year was
"disappointing" and will promise better performance from them
for 2014 without calling out particular coaches or players who
       fell short.
       - I expect that Emery will confirm that defense will be our
focus in the draft and FA.
       - And I expect they will recap the minor moves they have already
made this week (i.e., futures contracts signed with our practice
squad players and the addition of the punter).
I do not expect them to announce anything concrete regarding
deals with Cutler or anyone else, nor do I expect them to
confirm any players from this year definitely will not be back.
As Emery's pressers usually are, I expect there will be a lot of
content and interesting explanations, but I get the feeling
there will not be any "radical" news that sends the media
       scrambling to their laptops.
