I think the rumor is that he wants a 1 year deal to establish
his health and get a bigger contract next year.

Is it possible that the bevy of rumors about the Cubs actively
shopping Samardizja are baseless?

I would probably take Zimmer straight up for Shark, if indeed KC
were offering it.

There's no way in hell the Royals floated Kyle Zimmer's name for
Samardzija. People are giving Verlander comparisons to Zimmer.

Seriously, after the deals they made last year you doubt this is
