Duke shut out N.C. State 2-0 tonight.
Carlos Rodon drops to 2-6 on the year. He threw 134 pitches.
Rodon's line today: 7 2/3 6 2 1 3 12
Trea Turner: 1-4 with a lead off double & a SB in the first
inning.

teams ahead of the Cubs were there too.

There are no reports on Kolek's performance. Not yet anyway.

Unless Kolek blows a tire, I doubt he or Aiken will be there
when we pick anyway. They suit the first two teams on the board
to a "T".
I think it's going to come down to taking a flyer on a college
pitcher who's been a little less than advertised - Rodon, Beede
or Hoffman - a college hitter in the same boat (Turner), or the
best HS hitter available (still probably Jackson). For me, if
he's there I would have a hard time passing on Rodon. Even as
is, he's pretty damn good - if this year is the blip, you just
won the lottery.

No, but I really feel like Zimmer would be a reach - a "high
floor" guy. And while I always defer to BPA, a corner OF really
has to be exceptional for me to call him the BPA.
