       HES3 vs. ERF3

       i dont know what to put on my hh-a base fleet here it is:

       i dont have hail's so iv had to use hell's.
       but i dont know what the last special should be HES3 vs. ERF3
       what do think?

       HES3 for me,prefer more splash is better especially when turrets
       are clumped together

       With shock Ls and siege V, you want to use ERF.
       Spread = Bad
       Splash = Good
       get your spread under control with Shock As and Siege S, then
       put on HES

       If it is a base fleet HES all the way. ERF wont help you much.
