When I click to quote someone nothing happens. I have to right
click the link and open it in a new tab for it work.

A bar pops up on the top of my screen that says loading then it
goes away. And nothing happens.

I have the same issue. What I have to do is click 'Quote' and
then go to the bottom of the page and click Quick reply (twice
to get it to open, lolz) and then the quote is in the box ready
to reply to... dunno if that will work for you

I got to reply then go to the person who i want to quote,then i
click quote,and it works for me.

that ^ does work :)
but using chrome just clicking the quote button does nothing,
you have to right click and open in new tab/window for it to
work with out doing ^
