It's written in a polite form. If they start closing stuff like
that, then, their forum becomes pretty useless if people can't
express their opinion politely.

Turning off anti-virus is pretty funny IMO. Anti-virus usually
have a gaming profile that pretty much turns off automatic
update or scheduled scans. That's what their tech support
should suggest. Also, they can white-list a s website so the
anti-virus doesn't deep scan all files that are downloaded.
