I rarely drink and this was in defiance of the lock down so we
decided to hook up again :chuckle:

I haven't really drank at all in a couple weeks.

It was starting to become daily so I figured I'd make sure I
still didn't need to. Might uncork my new bottle tonight.

I got so far behind in things I should of been doing. I'm almost
caught up now though. I've found a way to have friends over,
that helps all of us actually.
Forced myself to get the house straight, put a lot of stuff up
in the garage, get rid of weeds, etc.
Not drinking for a month, seriously I did it. Gave me a sort of
mental reset. Just the first rung or two trying to come out of
the grave.
Think losing my purpose at work was the primary culprit to a
temporary demise. You knw me well enough, & I U, no matter what
we'll both fk it up eventually.
But yeah dude, you've got to force the first little bit out, not
going to be EZ. My friends and socializing really helped me.

The first month of not drinking gave me a high

Irish black tea actually.

That's the only way I've really had it other than green tea. I
mostly drink coffee. But black tea with cream and sugar is how
my aunt would make it for us after diner when I was a kid. Like
a LOT of cream and sugar.
