Atlanta Protesters Block interstate, Set Fire to Cars...

...at fast-food restaurant where police killed black man
Protesters angry over the fatal police shooting of a black man
at a fast-food restaurant in Atlanta marched onto the highway
Saturday, shutting down part of the Interstate 75/85 downtown
connector, a major thoroughfare through the city.
A crowd also set fire to automobiles near the Wendy's where
Rayshard Brooks struggled with and then ran from officers Friday
night. One of the officers shot Brooks after he appeared to
point a taser at the officers.
Earlier on Saturday, police used tear gas to try to disperse the
protesters near the Wendy's. A flash bang was heard in the area
as well, as the police worked to clear the crowd from the area.

Sound more like rioters to me. I heard they shot him 3 times
in the back though. That's fucked up if true.

Did you know that the law is specifying that you don't have to
wear a mask or respect social distancing if you protest for
racial reason and for all other reasons you have to wear your
mask and respect social distancing?

So for those who don't want to see this, which I understand.
The officer loses his tazer in a scuffle. He opts to chase the
suspect (who is only armed with a taser). Now I would
personally choose to stay out of range of the taser because
getting hit with it really could be a death sentence if the
person you chase uses incapacitation to disarm you of your
firearm. However, by staying out of range you don't need to
force that choice to shoot a man who is holding "less than
lethal" weapons.
Sure as shit the guy they shot turned around the and pointed the
taser and the cop shot him. The cop could have prevented it by
just letting it go. Surely they had enough evidence on scene to
catch up with him later. It was a drunk driving stop.
