First, I brown up some onions and garlic.. Then I splash some
teriyaki sauce all over em.
I do a lot of onions.
Then I put it all in a bowl, and deglaze the pan.
Iet the juices simmer a bit, then I put the steak in.
Ibuy thin beef cutlettes.
I let them brown both sides.. Warm thru, but keeping em med
rare.put a lot of black pepper.
Then I toast a hogie with a bunch of American cheese slices on
both sides.
Take the steak out of the pan. Slice it all thinly on a
diagonal.
Put it all on one side of the hogie, dump the onions on top.
Finish with the pan juices.
Top with the other side of the hogie cheese bun
Oh yeah...
