Look I get it, most of the CT community thinks sports are a
waste of time. This is more so to see what may become trends in
the short term for social gatherings.
The National Basketball Players’ Association expects no fans at
NBA games during the 2020-21 season, reports Shams Charania of
The Athletic. That came out of the Friday night’s 80-player Zoom
call discussing if players should head to Orlando for the NBA’s
       restart.

For baseball or football, they require fields of play. I'm
wondering if they come back at all this year?
With basketball you could have multiple games somewhere
simultaneously as the court is all you need.
Makes me wonder about concerts, school activities, etc.

       That's horrible.
       This was the plan.
       Yah?
       That old addage..
Keep the masses occupied with frivolity, and they are obedient.
       They took away anything pleasurable.
You can't see sports, movies, concerts.
       No parties, no hugging grandma.
       Graduations, weddings, funerals even, denied.
They even try to take sex off the table.
       What's left?

Was just talking with my wife & pops about it.
Sorry kids, no Santa visit this year Corona, no trick or treats.
       State fair? Nah.
It doesn't matter what anyone thinks pro quarantine or not, I'm
expecting most of the shit to be unavailable for at least the
       rest of the year.

My honest thought is that our current events are a setup for
when Trump wins in November. I don't support him, or Biden.
But I'm almost sure he's going to win. It's too evident. And
that is going to made some very angry people, much angrier.

Don't go counting on the games.....Yet.
Kyrie Irving was a very vocal proponent of players not reporting
to Orlando when the NBA season resumes because of nationwide
unrest centering on social injustice and racism.
