My tea went bad today . The milk just suddenly separated and
clotted.I was most disappointed .
I'm guzzling iced tea with super spicy thai food right now

Thats the milk. I bet its a couple days from expiring and you
poured it in while the tea was hot. Happens to me too

Wife got some donuts, I don't like that much.
But boring fend for yourself. I'll likely do a late night
mushroom soup.

Yes but really never occurred before ...
I was sad .
It still tatted OK too ,but tea the consistency of oatmeal is
rather off putting

I do a high end cream of shroom soup .I buy like 7 kinds of 15$
a lb mushrooms .

Its just so yummy though.

Only when the milk reaches a certain age. It can tolerate heat
but if you go boiling hot it will curdle in an instant. I've
ruined many a coffee that way.
