Musk Creating a 'Bionic-Man'; Will Wire MicroChips To The Brain.
Tesla and SpaceX founder Elon Musk said he is close to one year
away from creating a bionic man – using the popular 1970’s TV
show ‘The Six Million Dollar Man” to highlight what he was
speaking of.
The eccentric tech tycoon said implanting chips into the human
brain will allow those who are paralyzed to walk again.
His new device will help improve vision, strength and host of
other injuries connected to the brain.
Musk,, 48, said: “The device would be implanted in your skull.
“Electrode threads would be inserted carefully into the brain
and you wouldn’t know that somebody has it. “It can interface
anywhere in the brain.”
“In principle it can fix almost anything that is wrong with the
brain and it can restore limb functionality. “People can walk
around and be normal - maybe slightly better - like the Six
Million Dollar man though these days that would be cheap.”
Speaking on American comedian Joe Rogan’s podcast he said one of
his firms called Neuro-Link planned to carry out tests within a
year.
He added: “The device are working on right now is about an inch
in diameter.
“It has a battery and a blue tooth and a charger and the
electrodes are inserted into the brain by robot.
“It can help with a range of brain injuries from epilepsy to
stroke and muscle control and memory and eyesight. “The device
is a substitute for circuits that are broken. There is still a
lot of work to do. When I say we’ve got a shot at putting this
into a person in a year I mean exactly that hopefully restoring
some functionality that they have lost.”
Musk believes creating a link between computers and the brain is
essential for human survival.

NeuraLink is some crazy shot. Elon is terrible at secrets and
ibe heard him express some insanity regarding what it can do.
