When I found out she translated the English for the film, I all
       but exploded.
She and I know each other.
       Not well, but we've chatted.
She had to keep it a secret until after the film came out.
It won that Japanese equivalent of an academy award btw.
He's a very alien Godzilla, compared to any predecessor, both in
       look and abilities.
His atomic ray capabilities far supercede anything previous to
       him.
The sequel was killed because if he evolved any further, no way
       they could stop him. So...
Shin G is a one off

I love Osaka. I love okonomiyaki.
I prefer Osaka style to Hiroshima, but Hiroshima style is good
       too
I've actually eaten at the place in Hiroshima, that he mentions.

If i make it at home, Osaka style.
Classic okonomiyaki protein combination is usually pork, octopus
       and shrimp.
All 3 will be in there. I haven't eaten it that way in....
       Almost 17 years.
At home, I'll do the pork. I'll even buy it at the Japanese
market so it's sliced properly and good quality, but then I add
       mochi to my batter.
I'll chop up one hunk of it into cranberry sized pieces, and mix
it in, so it dots the pancake through out.
I super finely shred my cabbage too.
That's the harder part of the recipe next to keeping it in a
circle shape, and flipping it, without it falling into pieces in
       you.
This is probably the easiest recipe for the westerners, but he
completely omits nagaimo from his recipe.
Its a must in my opinion.
The recipe under his is from a fairly famous Japanese cook, and
she uses a ton of nagaimo.
       Much more than I do...
They both use a lot more flour than I do.
       So its a malleable recipe.
       Bon appetite.

       Ive just stared watching this.
       Its very dark so far.
       It is an Anime.
The opening credits are not however.
I'm not sure where it goes just yet, but it's set in a school,
college level, where the animals are differentiated by wether or
not their species is herbivore, or carnivore.
The school only serves vegetarian food.
Carnvoires are not supposed to eat meat there.
Problem is, there's a Carnvoire running around killing and
       eating herbivores.
Nasty business. No one knows who it is.
The focal point of the series, so far, is a very lonely,
strange, wolf, that I suspect falls in love with a tiny
       promiscuous rabbit, that loves flowers.
       Not quite sure yet.

       Trailer in Japanese.
Yes the series is on Netflix, so you can dub it or do subtitles.

       I did finish this.
I enjoyed it .waiting for season 2

And lastly for tonight, one of my favorite dishes, by one of my
       favorite Japanese cooks.
       COOKING WITH DOG
I will add a second recipe for contrast, but I use cooking with
       dog vids all the time.
The hardest part of agedashi tofu is getting the water out of
       the tofu.
Its a favorite of mine .
She does numerous regional and seasonal dishes.
Her husband narrates as the dog Francis.
       He speaks English fairly well.
