Serious Advise Needed

HELP! I am pretty sure my girlfriend Regina is fucking nuts.
She can't keep a good job. Her mom gave her a house she can't
maintain payments on. She is over the hill yet lives in the
past as she was once a groopie, lots of sags and wrinkles now
but she is a sexual freak so I put up with it. We met online
but she has been run off everyplace we frequent. She's a crazy
cat lady and likes animals more than people. Everyone I know
says shes a narcissist and a psychopath. What should I do>>>???

Seriously, I see horrors in public that have kids and I can't
help but think 'Did some guy actually crack a woody for that?'.
