I didn't even think about posting here about Grandpa Mason.
Thanks for doing so.
It's been a terrible (and wonderful) day with Grandpa playing
with two of Angela's kittens and being snuggled by Aura, Pigpen
and Peggy Jean. But knowing it was his last, and hearing Shelly
cry, has been heartbreaking. We are all hurting but I simply
cannot imagine the pain Shelly, Gwen and Dr. F are in now. I
know I will never forget Mason and my urge to work with ferals
once I retire is now stronger than ever.
ETA: At precisely 6:00pm I went to Paypal and sent $120
Canadian dollars to TinyKittens in honor of Shelly and Mason.

Neelix (of Maravel and Neelix fame, the honeymooners) has died.
From reading, it was around 5:00 pm today. Jacquie is of course
heartbroken as are many of us.

The blended kitten pile of Grace and Frieda and their little
panthers and teen Mercy is just too adorable! It is so sweet to
see Grace and Freida sharing the parenting and Mercy being such
a good babysitter.

And now there's a new one. So she has Grace, Mercy and her
kittens, Frieda and her kittens, Stella and her kittens, and the
new mama-to-be, Sahara. I'd love to swoop in there and grab them
all.
