New Car

One of my good friends just got engaged and I don't want to
steal the thunder... but I want to tell someone my news!!! I
bought a new car!!! I am the proud owner of a blue 2018 Chevy
Cruze... and I look hot driving it (if I may say so.) I was sad
to see my old car Tom Cruze go, but I hope he finds a great new
home. In the meantime, I am working on a name. Penélope Cruze is
a top contender, but I welcome other suggestions. ;D

Congratulations! Buying a new car is such a great feeling. Do
you have all of the electronics and features figured out yet?

Thank you so much! It is a good feeling, especially being that
the old one was bound to leave me stranded by the road at some
point. But no... far from it! My summer break ends today, which
means that I will be driving so much more, so hopefully the
quality time together will enable me to figure out a few things!

Congrats on the new car! It's a nice feeling, isn't it.
We just bought a new car as well, since one of our old cars got
very hail damaged and wasn't worth fixing, even with our low
standards. Our other old car, a 20 year old Saturn, is still
running so that's our second car (and the one my 19 year old
drives).
Our new car is a 2018 Kia Soul in Wild Orange. Love it! We named
it Blue, mainly because we couldn't decide on a name we both
liked, and we enjoy the looks on people's faces when we
introduce our orange car as Blue. Ha!

I LOVE the name! Congratulations to you!!! May Blue bring you
many years of road adventures!
I miss my Saturn; that was my all time favorite car. I actually
had two. The first one retired when it was still running with
only two engine cylinders going. I had to pump the gas at stop
lights just to keep from stalling, but that car refused to stop.
The other one was my favorite... it just drove so nice (and was
my first new car!)
