Also, I've been doing the holiday meals for my family for years
and I've never had anyone say that they hated something, not
once, and that includes little kids.

Yeah, I'd be avoiding any social events with those two.
Honestly.
Why make comments like that unless your intent was to hurt
someone's feelings. Unless you are so totally clueless - and I
don't think this was the case here. The hating bean comment was
so unnecessary.

The hostess did not make any comment about me making something
else. She tried changing the subject. The silly part about my
one sisters husband not liking pork is that he could care less
if there was pork there or not. We always make sure that he has
something he can eat.
There are about 2 dozen people coming. Only my mom and us 4
sisters were on the text. Hostess sister has already gotten food
ideas from other attendees (BTW bringing a dish is not a
requirement, it just helps the hostess out. There will be plenty
of food).

The sister's were rude.
It sounds like Sis 1 is very sensitive to her husband being the
one family member who doesn't eat pork. I understand why it
becomes annoying for her to point that out each time. My Sis's
DH didn't eat seafood but everyone else in the family loved it.
So if someone said they were bringing smoked salmon for an
appetizer or we suggested having seafood paella (knowing we'd
need to add a chicken/sausage option for him) she'd always bring
up his dislike of seafood. At first, people would change their
plans when she'd point it out. Now it's more of a "We know.
There will be options for him."
In the future with her, just repond. "OK, I'll make sure he
knows not to eat any of them."
Sis 2 pointing out that she hates your dish is just being mean.
Take the high road with a "Sorry to hear that. I'll reduce the
quantity. Looking forward to whatever you are planning to
bring."
In the future, do not give them so much ammunition. Just say
"I'm brining beans". Or I also don't think it's necessary to
point out that you are making the dish from scratch. Even if it
was a purchased item, their behavior is still rude.

It was rude, to my mind. I'm sorry if your husband doesn't eat
pork. I don't eat pork either, and I sure never expect anyone to
change or not bring a dish because of that. I don't expect them
to make a special portion for me. I don't expect them to do
anything. It's my problem that I don't eat pork. Now, if I was
deathly allergic, I might remind someone of that.
As far as "I don't like that, lol." then don't eat it, lol?
There's no reason to call it out or say that they should bring
something else. None at all.

Wow. Yes, they were rude, and no, you were not. I would have
responded with “okay, he/you doesn’t/don’t have to eat any.” And
I would take the baked beans anyway - you said everyone has
enjoyed them before.
I personally would not skip the potluck, because I think that
would give “I hate beans” sis more ammunition. It sounds like a
personal dig, and I would happily bring my beans and ignore her.
(Planning the family Christmas once, we decided to do a corned
beef. One of the relatives who never contributed - food or gifts
- said that wouldn’t work; her kids wouldn’t like corned beef.
[Fact: neither she nor the kids had ever tried it.] So we did
corned beef, chicken salad and some other meat. She and the kids
ate and loved the corned beef, talking about how good “the ham”
was.)

This.
Also, my response to the person saying not to bring the dish
because they hate it would be to tell them they're free to bring
a dish they like.

Ugh. This sounds like something my siblings might do - I hate
when people gang up on someone. It's like the first one attacks
with some statement of rudeness or presumption, and the other
just can't help getting in on the fray.
Quite frankly, I'd completely ignore them and bring the beans
anyway. I wouldn't say anything in regards to the food situation
with your family, and would just go on with the same plans I
already had. If someone said something at the actual event,
maybe a response such as, "Yes, but I brought these because I
like them. You are welcome to help yourself to any of the other
food."
Personally, your dish sounds like something I'd like to have,
and I almost wish I had been invited to this potluck so that I
could try them!

This is the baked beans recipe - my husband makes them. He found
them on the BBQ Brethren forum. They are REALLY good!

I'm not sure if I will take them at this point. The zucchini
bread yes because I have a huge zucchini that needs a purpose
LOL. People keep giving me huge zucchinis!
