Dear Sprite, Izzy, Gracie, Erza, and Junie:
We set up a guest bed with brand-new bedding for the human
coming home in a few days for the holiday. It's not so you can
look at us adoringly while resting on the bed, as if saying
"Thank you for buying us a bed, and giving us our own room!"

My very dear Rita,
I miss you so much. Every single day. I understand that you
were in a lot of pain and that's why I took you to the very nice
doctor for your final appointment. You were the best cat ever
and there will never be another one like you.
I'm so glad that this quarantine allowed me to spend 8 weeks
with you fulltime.
