I got a job!

On the former board, I spoke about how I was laid off from my
last employer for "budget reasons", only to find my former job,
renamed of course, re-posted. It took me 15 months but I
finally got a job. It's a 12 month contract, but the director
really wants to make my role permanent. She really likes me and
I admit I really like the group I work with. It's a non-profit
for a good cause, and I think I will get the chance to learn and
expand my skill set. I'm very excited.
I'm just relieved to be back to work in my profession again.
