Barbecue tofu, corn on the cob, potato wedges, and some sort of
green vegetable (need to pick it up on the way home). Followed
by either mini blueberry pies or plum seven-cups cake.

Nuku, what is plum seven-cups cake? It sounds interesting!

We had meat loaf shaped into patties and cooked on the George
Foreman grill. Ate them on grilled hamburger buns, with chips
       and iced tea.

Twice baked potato stuffing ( mashed potatoes made with cream,
sour cream, salt, pepper, and cheddar cheese, into a baking
dish, dotted with butter and baked... crisp, chopped bacon added
at the end, and run under the broiler and served with a
       scattering of chopped scallions)
       baguette and brie,
       rib eye steaks

Spaghetti and fried chicken. That combination was not my idea. I
made fried chicken for the first time last week and it was a
       hit, so... here I am.

Chicken tacos. They are almost effortless and delicious.
Since there are only two of us, we use one boneless chicken
breast, sprinkle it with taco seasonings, cover with 1/3 cup
salsa and cook on low in the slow cooker for a few hours. We use
our hand mixer to shred it, then serve in flour tortillas with
normal taco toppings. There's enough left over for another meal,
and my plan is to have it on top of a salad tomorrow.

       That sounds delicious.
I have recently learned that anything cooked with salsa is
automatically tasty. Sunday I had a pork chop in the slow cooker
with salsa, lime juice, and sliced jalapeno and it was very
       good. Hot, but good.

A sheet pan dinner consisting of sweet Italian sauage, red and
green pepper strips and onion. The recipe on I Breathe, I'm
Hungry roasts spaghetti squash along with it, which makes it a
good keto-friendly meal but Dh doesn't care for it so I boiled
some pasta for him. It was still easy and good.
