The Best Oatmeal Cookies Ever!

Here's the recipe that my friend gave to me.
As she said, 'It's got oatmeal, dark chocolate, raisins,
cranberries, and nuts! It's practically health food!'
Best Oatmeal Cookies Ever!
1/2 lb(1 cup)
1 cup
1/2 cup
2
1 tsp
1 1/2 cups
1 tsp
1 tsp
1/2 tsp
3 cups
1 cup
cranberries
(note: I’ve added up to 1 1/2 cups with no problem)
Standard mix method:
Cream butter/sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla, beat well.
Combine dry ingredients.
Add to creamed mixture
Stir in all the add-ins.
Drop by rounded tablespoons.
Bake 10-12 minutes in 350 degree oven on ungreased (or parchment
lined) cookie sheet
Cool on wire rack.
Store in airtight container.
Note: I’ve noticed that 14 minutes seems to work better for me.
* Brown sugar makes a chewier cookie, or use all white sugar and
add molasses – 1 Tablespoon of molasses per cup of white sugar

Thank you so much for posting this - I must have a go after
we're back from our trip. I love dried cranberries - the more
the better, so it might be cranberry oatmeal cookies for us.

my favorite oatmeal raisin recipe calls for soaking the raisins
for an hour in the beaten eggs. The problem is, when I decide to
make the cookies, I don't plan ahead enough time to do that.
