Does anyone know the phrase I’m thinking of?

I just tried to use a phrase that I thought I learned on the old
ehell forum, but I’ve butchered it so badly that I’m
wondering if I’ve made up the memory.
Anybody know a phrase involving a witch eating crackers?
I remember it meaning that someone irritates you so much that
doing something small or innocuous makes you upset because it is
them. Am I crazy or was that it?
BTW I definitely don’t mean the not kicking someone out of
bed for eating crackers one (I already rather embarrassingly
       tried that lol)

I've heard it on several forums. It's BEC. Female Dog Eating
Crackers. It's like you despise a certain person so much, that
even if they are doing something innocuous (like eating
crackers), it rankles you to your core.
I've been a particular fan of it, as I've had several in my life
       over the years.

It refers to someone who can just stand there and breathe and
you wonder what they are going to do next to bother you....and
it is not a witch...it is the word that rhymes with witch.
My BEC is a guy...so I guess that I would use the other B-word
       to refer to him.
Except I know some nice people whose parents weren’t married and
his were...so I would need a different terminology for him.

(My bolding) -- "cur"? -- disparaging word for a member of the
canine genus, with male rather than female connotations?

But due to OldForum language rules, it was written as Jerk
eating crackers. Elsewhere it's always BEC.
Jerk does work for both genders, though, so that's actually
       helpful...

Yes, and I've used it a few times. Actually, more than a few
times, since I've explained the concept to a few other people in
       my life, too.
Sometimes it's helpful to remember that it is just a case of a
"Witch Eating Crackers" because it can help you remember that
the person who you find so irritating may not actually be doing
anything to irritate you at the moment.... Sometimes, they're
       just eating crackers.

Maybe that’s why no one knew what I was talking about! I tried
to explain but it came out like “well there’s this witch and you
don’t like her so if you see her eating crackers you’re like ‘oh
man, there she is eating crackers again!’ But I couldn’t
explain why it was a witch lolol. Got a really blank look and I
       just gave up.
Thanks for helping me fill in the blanks everyone!

^ I think that meme is actually the origin of the expression?
