Peanut Butter dessert recipes - help me win the bake off!

       Hello all,
I posted this on the old forum yesterday and didn't have a
chance to see if anyone responded before it was closed down. Do
you have any tried and true PB dessert recipes that aren't
cookies or PB marshmallow squares? If so, would you share the
       recipe?
       Thanks so much!

Hi, I posted this recipe on the old forum, then it closed about
an hour later. So, a no-bake bar cookie that tastes like the
candy of its namesake. People go crazy for it.
Peanut Butter Bars à la Reeses
½ lb. (8 oz.) honey graham crackers,* pulverized to a fine crumb
       3 ½ cups confectioner’s sugar, it's about a 1 lb. box with 1 cup
       removed
1 cup melted butter (2 sticks)
       1 cup smooth peanut butter
Combine all of the above very well and press into a greased 9” x
       13” pan.
11 ½ oz. bag milk chocolate chips.
Melt in a double boiler or a large bowl set over, not in, a pan
of simmering water. When melted, spread over the peanut butter
       mixture in the pan.
Chill for 30 minutes and slice into squares. Chill in the pan
until firm and store in the refrigerator.
Note: it is VERY important to slice them before they completely
chill and firm up or it will be difficult to do.
*Graham crackers are now sold in boxes that weigh less than one
pound. You need to get as close to 8 oz. as you can. I weighed
them and found that 8 oz. is the contents of one wrapped sleeve
and all but 3 graham crackers from a second sleeve.

I love PB pie- very easy - box of cook & serve vanilla pudding,
prepare as directed for pie filling, add PB, as much as you
want, stir til all mixed in. Pour into a graham cracker or choc.
cookie crust. Put in fridge to set.
There are other recipes that use cream cheese and PB for pies, I
       have never tried one.

I adore PB-anything! Here's a recipe for peanut butter cake with
whipped peanut butter frosting from one of my favorite food
       blogs -
  HTML http://divascancook.com/peanut-butter-cake-recipe-peanut-butter-frosting-easy/<br
/>. There are several other PB recipes on the site as well, and
you can find them via the search feature. PB pie is particularly
       delish ;)

I was going to post the same recipe that KeyWest did. That
disappears quickly every time I make it. I also put chopped
Snickers bars on top of it.

       Thanks for the replies everyone.
       Soooo... much.... peanut butter.... yesterday.
AvidReader, I used your recipe with good results. However my
base was very thick and crumbly; it broke off on most places.
Did I simply not compact it enough, or did it need to be baked?

       Frog24-
Glad you tried it the recipe and hope it was a hit. I’m going
with pressing into the pan, really, really pressing into the
pan. Also, be sure the base mixture is so well mixed that it is
       consistent throughout.
       Best wishes.

       Hi Jpcher,
No, I didn't win, but we were all on PB/Chocolate overdose. All
the recipes were PB/Chocolate in nature. I think the winner
said he'd pick something a little broader for next month's
       bake-off... like "fruit" or "pie".
