....I could easily talk to my manager about this, but then the
problem would only move on to one of my co-workers. It wouldn't
       be solved.

That line resonated with me. I've had the same attitude about
not shifting the problem to someone else and finally decided
that the problem wasn't going to be addressed or solved until it
was a problem for someone else. Sometimes, many other people.
I'd suggest talking to your manager and letting it shift to a
co-worker. When that co-worker experiences the same thing, maybe
some boundaries will be set for Di.

       This.
There is a problem here that will not, cannot, be solved,
because no one is trying to solve it. No one is trying to solve
it because the very people who could try, are not aware of it.
Make your management aware. If they choose to ignore it, pass it
on to another employee, well, that's actually not your problem.
       You are not management.
If they pass it on, then that next victim needs to also report
the problem. That's how issues get solved.
The more you swallow this and keep your mouth shut, the more
certain it is to never be resolved.
People who are elevated to management positions are there for
the very purpose of managing people. Part of their job is to
handle issues that are affecting their direct reports. But
again, how can they do that if they are not aware the issue
       exists?
Get your management involved and let them do their job. Don't
attempt to do it for them. What happens once they solve it for
you is no longer your job to worry about. It's theirs.
