       If you can find it, buy Bulgarian Feta. It's less salty. I buy
       it at a store that offers a lot of kinds of Feta behind a
       counter (not prepackaged) although I imagine it is probably
       available prepackaged as well.

       Since you live in the country, find out if anyone who raises
       goats makes feta.  A woman about 4 miles down my road makes it
       and it is delicious.  I'm on a low salt diet as well.  If I am
       using feta, I don't have other salty foods with that meal.
