Hope everybody had a wonderful Easter!
Coming back to say to all the ham lovers out there . . . The
link from Hmmm is honestly the Best Ham Ever. The glaze was
       spot-on delicious.
I did double the recipe for the glaze, as it just didn't seem to
be enough and I'm glad I did. With the pan drippings (including
some of the cooked off glaze) a bit of a flour and goat milk
slurry (yes, my sister also has goats ;)) I made an excellent
       gravy.
The carrot salad? "This is so good I'll have to make it the next
time I get together with my friends!" From my mother? That's
rave reviews. We didn't use arugula (there might have been some
in there with some other fresh spring greens) but the
predominate green was fresh spinach. Yum!
Thank you, again, Hmmm . . . I think we may have started a new
       tradition here! ;D
I do appreciate hearing about everybody else's traditional
Easter meal. How did it turn out? Yummy as usual?

jpcher... I am so glad you liked it. I use the same glaze /
sauce when cooking pork tenderloins at times.
We started Easter brunch with an Italian Pizza Rustica and salad
when family came over. It's so easy to make the crust and the
filling the day before and then chuck it in the oven in the
morning. I took it out before church service and it set up
nicely to room temp for serving when we got back home.
