       I think the best reviews also cover intangibles. Like that the
       place is easily accessible, or the music during the massage is
       relaxing, etc.
       Maybe at the end, I'd say something like, "Since my appointment
       is so early, I enjoy being able to say a brief hello to the
       masseuse's little dog on its way to the playpen in the office
       down the hall."

       I just wrote a review for a store with a dog. I mentioned that
       he's the store's official greeter and welcomes everyone. I
       wanted it to be clear that he has full roam of the store and
       comes up to everyone. My husband is highly allergic and waits
       outside. The dog usually gets a few ear scratches from me and
       moves on.
       For another review, I pointed out that there was a problem with
       a church's sound system. It might have been a one off, and I
       said as much, and suggested that anyone with a slight hearing
       issue should sit very close to the front or go to another
       church.
