I also don't think you should feel guilty. You answered the
survey truthfully and received a refund. Another company might
not have given you anything back. You never know. If I were
you I'd only use this florist again if you have occasion to do
so; not because of a guilt feeling about what happened on this
       occasion.
I recently received an order of canned cat food from my favorite
on line pet company. The package was damaged and several of the
cans were dented and one had to be thrown away. I decided to
inform the company because it seemed like the cause was because
of how the box had been packed for shipment. To my surprise
they gave me a $5 refund on my credit card. I thanked them and
       said that I hadn't expected anything as a result of my email;
which was to just inform them of shoddy packaging.
As long as you are honest in reporting problems to a company I'm
all for reporting them. Nothing to feel guilty about IMO.

I've used that company, and they are amazing. I once ordered a
case of prescription food for my elderly cat, and she HATED it.
I wrote to them and asked if I could send the rest back, and
they just gave me a full refund and told me to donate the food
       somewhere. Wow, above and beyond!
And recently, my friend ordered a new covered litter box from
them, and it turned out to not be as large as she needed, and
again, the company just refunded her and told her to donate it.
(And that's how I got a 2nd litterbox for my crew.)
       They are an excellent company.

We ordered a new bed for our elderly dog and some food which
came to about a $100 order. Unfortunately, it arrived a couple
of days after we had to say good bye to him. I indicated I would
be doing a return and stated reason. They responded back that
they would refund the me the cost and asked me to just donate
the bed and food to a local shelter.

Just for my info - in my previous response on this thread I
didn't name the on line pet company. It is Chewy. Is that the
one you all are talking about as being customer friendly?

I wondered about that as well, read your reply and thought "Oh,
       what company is that?"
