Somewhat humorous update: Well, this weekend I was going out on
errands and when I opened my front door he was sitting in front
of his windows in a lawn chair, and he greeted me with a hearty
hello! I was completely astonished, but relieved. However, it
turned out that he had been drinking for a while that day, and I
am assuming that while drunk, he had apparently forgotten his
mysterious grudge against me. The next day he was back to his
old snubbing self, but now I don't take him seriously any more
and it's a lot easier for me to let it this all go. Thanks
everybody for your support, I really appreciate it!
