Hosting a dinner party in space

Yesterday I stumbled on US astronaut Don Pettit's advice to
anyone planning to give a dinner party on a space station:

It's not only charming and funny; it's also proof that while the
incidental details of etiquette vary according to culture and
circumstance (drain your cup or leave something in it? praise
the food or don't mention it at all?), the fundamental
principles behind good manners are universally applicable. If
you haven't read it before, do!
