I'm resurrecting one of my favorite old board threads. Stupid
things we do that should be obvious.
I'm starting with my own yesterday. I turned my car upside down
looking for my sunglasses... Only to remember that my new car
has a sunglass holder. 🤦🤷🤣

I enjoy getting a glass of milk and a snack in the middle of the
night.
A favorite snack is Quadratini. These are little wafer cookies
layered with really nice flavors such as espresso or dark
chocolate. The cookies come in a dark, fold and seal bag that
looks very much the same as the brand of coffee we buy.
You know what happened. I poured my ice cold milk, reached for
a small handful of cookies and...
...grabbed a handful of ground coffee instead!
I had a bit of trouble going back to sleep after that.

I just washed my lunch dishes, then threw out my spoon and
carried the dirty paper towel I used to dry it back to my desk.
Is that what you mean? ::)

I opened up the dishwasher to a great lemon smell. Thought we
might have changed detergent. Until I found the juicer still had
a have lemon between the hinges. (but I won't complain as long
as someone else is loading the dishwasher other than me.)

Yesterday my daughter made a sandwich for lunch using sliced
meat and sliced cheese. Then she put both packages in the
freezer instead of the fridge. Today I found the pack of cheese
lying on the counter, thawing out. No cheese for lunch today!

It's been a crazy two weeks and I did another one today!
I went to call a client, but accidentally called my friend!!!
She laughed at me and we had a nice brief chat before I located
the CORRECT phone number to call. Friend did have a work
question, so it worked out just fine!

I was looking for a recipe, that I keep in a little notebook
that has many recipes in it. I put it away because so many
recipes have sad connotations in that I made them for my late
husband. But I wanted the recipe for oatmeal cookies, looked
everywhere I might have hidden it, gave up and used the Joy of
Cooking recipe. Today I found it, in the bookcase.
