This is actually what flying monkeys are. They aren't always
deliberately sent to provoke people (unlike the movie monkeys)

Actually, Amanda is being the rude one! I'd have to slap back
about push-ups not being particularly helpful with "chub rub".
What a witch! And yes, I agree with Toots, this was a flying
monkey scenario. "Chub rub" is such a disgusting thing to say,
imo.

Thanks everyone! I left the comment and it will stay.
Also, thanks for the clarification on flying monkeys. I usually
only conceptualize them as the movie type. (I'm now
re-evaluating a lot of ppl - lol.)
To answer a couple questions/ clarify a few things -
I've had Amanda on mute, but she just came off. I get into a
pattern where she's muted and then comes off mute, gets on my
nerves again, and I put her back on mute. This was on Leanne's
wall and a post that Leanne tagged me in so I'm not sure the
mute works in that context.
The 25 push-ups are meant to help with MH awareness. Here's a,
slightly edited, copy of the post Leanne tagged me in.
Day 4 of 25 of "Push-ups to raise awareness for mental health"
Today I nominate PVZFan
The rules are simple:
*Once you are nominated your 25 days starts the following day.
*Everyday you record yourself doing 25 push-ups or other
activity or something from your day, for mental health
awareness.
*Every day you must nominate a different person.
Let's reach as many people as possible. I hope by doing this we
can build awareness. Please, anyone who is suffering from a
mental illness, you are not alone, we are here for you, reach
out if you can.
I replied underneath it that I'll take up the challenge and post
what I'm doing to stay sane in these crazy times after I finish
the current FB challenge I'm on. Then said what I'd just done
for my MH which was get some t-shirt dresses and fun
prescription sunglasses to give my daily walks a vacation vibe.
Apparently Amanda thinks I can't take walks in t-shirt dresses
without my thighs rubbing each other raw.
On another note, is anyone over the FB challenges? For the life
of me, I can't figure out how posting my senior pic supports the
class of 2020. Other than to let potential hackers know my high
school and year I graduated. I just ignored that one. I started
the album one after being nominated three times. (None of those
are answers to my security questions. I'm not even using the
album my favorite song is on just in case I've used that as
answer.)

How does doing pushups (or whatever challenge) raise awareness?
And if it does raise awareness amongst your FB friends, how does
it help? Are money raised?
I'm not on FB.

I especially don't understand the ones where people are
nominated for one reason or another to post a picture of this or
that, but then not say anything about it. Why?! and it goes on
for usually 10 days at least. Thankfully I have yet to have the
dubious honour of being nominated, as I would have to decline or
ignore.

I have seen those. I have always wondered why can't you say
anything about it? As an observer of these challenges, the
reasons you chose the photo would be the most compelling thing
for me to pay attention to the post. I just roll my eyes and
scroll on.
