I was looking for ways to use up buttermilk yesterday and came
across a buttermilk - pecan fudge recipe.

well, Velveeta has a smooth melting quality (which is why it is
so good in grilled-cheese sandwiches), so that part makes sense.

I'd consider cream cheese for fudge, but never in a million
years would velveeta fly in my mind.

Two lbs of powdered sugar?
Smoked Gouda fudge would taste good with that much sugar.
Now I'll be looking for Velveeta next time I go grocery
shopping. :D

I finally got around to making peanut butter fudge. It actually
turned out! Unlike my previous attempt where my fudge came out
all liquid - better for ice cream topping than fudge, lol.

I'm reviving this thread because I have a question. I've made
fudge using marshmallow fluff, but I don't have any in the
pantry right now. However, I do have lots of marshmallows.
WHat do I need to change to make them work?? Does anyone know?
For the record, I have both evaporated milk and sweetened
condensed milk in the pantry as well.
