First Dance song suggestions?

We haven’t picked a song yet!
All the songs I would consider “our songs” don’t really work.
Like Iris DeMent and John Prine - “In Spite of Ourselves”. ;D
He nixed Beast of Burden and I guess I was kidding, anyway.
I’m leaning toward Etta James “At Last”.
Any other suggestions?

I think it sort of depends on what mood or style you want. I
love the classics Ray Charles Come Rain or Come Shine or Nat
King Cole's Unforgettable. I also like Eric Benet Spend My Life
with You or Savage Garden Truly Madly Deeply. I also really like
Ellie Goulding's How Long Will I Love You.
Of course, there are lots of country songs that work well for a
first dance.

I don't think anyone else can pick "your" song, especially
strangers who don't really know you in real life. But I really
like the song I Love the Way you Love Me. There's at least two
versions. Country (John Michael Montgomery) and Boyband
(Boyzone). It's sung in a first person so you only get one
person's point of view though.
Just my personal opinion but I wouldn't want my wedding song to
be one that played at 1 in 5 weddings. So if you want the songs
you listed and it's not offensive, go for it! :D

While I like the song and performer, I think "At Last" sounds a
bit off for a first dance. Later in the evening, maybe. I'd go
with something less ...desperate... sounding.
Here are a couple of online lists. For some reason I like the
thought of "Fly me to the moon..." which is on the first list --
but it's not an easy rhythm. :) "Our love is here to
stay..." would be nice but if you can do more than sway to the
music, I think I'd go with "The Best is Yet to Come" by Frank
Sinatra. That will really set a nice mood for that phase of the
party as well as your marriage...
