First, how lovely! So happy for you both. Best wishes!
As a kindness, let me mention that, if you want to have
romantic anniversary dinners, having an anniversary near
Halloween (as DH and I do) can make that more difficult. Over
the years, we have had: a witch cackling over us in what should
have been a sweet personal moment, a pirate swashbuckling around
our table, a fortune-teller. . . okay, this one wasn't too bad,
she realized we were having a romantic dinner and our fortune
was that we'd be together forever.
Some people will love this, others not so much. But knowing
makes decisions easier, for me.
