       Funny friends and/or relatives

I propose a topic for things friends or family have said or done
       that ended up humorous.
We were out to dinner with a couple of friends. Both DH and
"Paul" wear hearing aids. They were comparing features, brands,
etc. Paul's synced to his phone, and could be controlled by an
app on the phone that would allow him to, for example, raise the
volume on a connected tv for just his hearing aids, not raising
the volume of the tv for other viewers in the room, use the
phone to increase or decrease the volume on his hearing aids,
etc. DH did not have such advanced aids, and when Paul handed
him his phone to show him the app, DH was scrolling through the
app like a kid unwrapping presents on Christmas.
Then I noticed the odd look on Paul's face. I nudged DH and
said, "HEY! You're messing with the bionic man over here!" he
thought the app was an advertisement for the hearing aids, not
the actual controller. He had totally whacked out the settings,
raising and lowering the volume, bass, high note response, etc.
When he realized what he'd done, he apologized profusely, and
handed the phone back to Paul, who quickly reset everything
back, and we all laughed like crazy.
Oh, and DH got a new, similar pair of hearing aids recently, and
when we went out to dinner with these folks again, he offered
       Paul his phone "for revenge".

I'm going to tell on my dh.
A few weeks ago he questioned me about an Amazon purchase I
made. It was for prenatal vitamins. The same prenatal vitamins
I've purchased for YEARS. He's a guy, so he asked if there's
something we need to talk about. I'm confused as hell, then it
dawns on me what he is thinking...
So, I had to explain to him that no, I'm not pregnant. If I was,
we would have already had a discussion. It's very common for
women of child bearing age to be on prenatal vitamins regardless
of pregnancy status or even trying status as a precaution. I'm
on these particular vitamins because I have a butt load of food
allergies, Celiac disease, and a MTHFR mutation and these are
the only vitamins that meet my nutritional needs that don't
       upset my stomach.
       😂😂😂. I love him

Resurrected because I think it is worth it.
Ant Man is on TV tonight. DH just said, 'I think they need to
have a commercial - This movie brought to you by Raid.'
       ;D

Dear Friend told me this one.
Her mom is in the early stages of dementia and sometimes is just
funny. Anyway, DF told her mom "Mark (her husband) will pick
you up tonight and we'll go to the hockey game and get dinner at
       the game".
Her mom arrives and tells her "I think I brought everything".
DF looks in her mom's purse and sees a lipstick and $50.00 in
one dollar bills. DF asks mom if she remembers where they are
going and mom replies "I'm not sure if it is the casino or a
       strip club".
DF has never been to a strip club and she's pretty sure her
conservative Catholic mother never has either. ;D

According to my friend, I'm the funny one. She was complaining
about all the crazy guys she ends up dating and mused how she
could screen them better early on before they show their true
       colors.
My suggestion: ask what medication they are allergic to. If they
tell you penicillin, aspirin, or something similar, no worries.
If they start naming off like 20+ meds, you may want to rethink
things (at least look up a few and see what they are for).
