Best place to get dessert in Bacolod???

For me, yummiest dessert places in Bacolod are

and of course PENDIS HALF-MOON CAKE!!!!!

Felicia's. Hands down. :) Replaced Calea in my book :)
But for Napoleones, it has to be good 'ol ROLIS! ;D

Each of these establishments has something special that keeps me
coming back:
Felicia's - swiss chocolate cake, pili squares
Calea - pecan caramel cheesecake, coffee fudge cheesecake
Kusinamia (not sure if this is an acutal shop, or you order from
them) - chocolate trifle cake

Emma Lacson's Pili Squares from Silay City. Technically not
Bacolod.
