I prefer Bar 21...free wi-fi! And great service...also great
location. Nothing beats Lacson Street :)

Was in Bacolod recently and went to Art District. I drank at
Cafe Joint. It's a good place to chill. And if you're a music
lover, then you'll have a good treat--lots of ska, rock, and
reggae tunes :)

That is news to me! I'll be in Bacolod hopefully towards the end
of summer. Lots of food i want to try at the new places :)

@Jadie: Yes, ang Dugout is that one near ABS-CBN. :) I've been
there but mostly teenage peeps ang ara to... baw a, indi na ko
gali teen no? :D
