       Forum Rules - MUST READ before posting

       Here are the rules for the entire forum. Follow them and we will
       all get along.  :)
       Remember: This forum was created to be helpful to the Bacolod
       community as well as a place to hang out online outside Facebook
       and meet new friends.
       We do not intend for this site to be damaging to anyone and will
       strictly remove any comments that puts anyone under a bad light
       (except for public figures).
       Offenders will be banned:
       #1 Do not post any damaging photos. This includes photos of
       anyone in an embarrassing situation such as being drunk, dressed
       inappropriately and the like.
       
       #2 Have fun but don't be vicious.
       #3 Do NOT even think of posting other people's photos off
       Facebook. We will know and you will be banned.

       #4 Have fun and provide useful information when you can. Let's
       be proud of Bacolod and also give a good reason why you are!
       This doesn't include acting like a punk on or offline.
