       Forum Rules - MUST READ before posting

       Here are the rules for this topic. These rules apply to all
       threads in the Bacolod forum as well. Let's create a happy and
       helpful community, not a damaging one.  :)
       Offenders will be banned:
       #1 Do not post any damaging photos. This includes photos of
       anyone in an embarrassing situation such as being drunk, dressed
       inappropriately and the like.
       
       #2 Do not mention last names. First name basis only. Initials
       preferred. If the person being discussed complains about a
       thread, the thread will be removed.
       #3 Have fun but don't be vicious.
       #4 Post only photos you own. Photos you own should also fall
       under rule #1.
