A list of basic's in serving each drink

ALE
Northern serves are different from there counter parts in the
south.
INN: when you are serving in the INN remember there are an array
of tables and benches. Bondmaids moved about with pitchers of
ale served in horn or tankard. If you need go to the kitchen to
gain the pitcher and vessel do not pour the drink until you are
before the Free. then be a bond! Climb that lap of the Jarl and
offer him drink and a sensual sight!. If by chance you are
serving a FW be sure to stand near the table and pour the drink
and offer it over.
BAZI TEA
This tea is not offen asked for in the north but on the chance
that it is. You would gain three tiny cups, both sugars, a clean
spoon for each stiring, and a tea pot with the very very hot
tea. once you pour the hot water over the pouch of bazi tea
leaves you would steep such then carry the tray filled with your
vessels and pot of tea out to the Free. You only pour one small
cup at a time adding the sugar heavily then offering it up. once
they drink the first to repeat the pour and so forth until all
three cups are served
BLACK WINE
Black wine is like earth coffee, when you serve you will ask if
they wish first slave or second slave, which means (firstslave:
with cream and sugars) (secondslave: means black)... go to the
kitchen retrieve a cup fill it from the hearth with black wine
then serve as directed in which form the desire. remember we are
in the north prepare in kitchen then bring out to serve.
CHOCOLATE
This drink is like earth hot chocolate served with sugar and
served warm.
FALARIAN WINE
This drink is a wine, but take note it is very rare and cost
more than the normal village cost.
served in a goblet .. that is if you could fine such its known
as a rumor... take note!
Fermented Milk Curds
This drink is served in wooden cups, but it is found amoung the
wagon people and would not be found n the north
Juices
This drink came be made from all sorts of fruit, learn your
fruits of gor and you can blend them or serve them as a whole in
a juice form. Each is served in a goblet chilled
Ka-la-na
The drink of love.. as it is known by.. is served in goblet,
chilled, roomtemp, or warmed as it is in treve. Its a wine and
stored in bottles.
Kal-da
A Drink made of a lower end ka la na wine blended with spices,
it is prepared when ordered and served scalding hot, a large
wooden cup or goblet.
Mead
A honey drink fermented made of water honey and spice and served
hot. Its a favored drink of the north, much preferred over paga.
served in horn
Milk
Made from the bosk, verr, and or kaiila. served in cup cold.
Pagar-Sa-Tarna (Paga)
Served in footed bowl (bowl had three legs and is larger then a
small bowl but still managable) it is normally served room
temperature but can be warmed or hot. the warmer the brew the
stronger the effects. served from a bota skin.. (looks like a
leather bag with a cork spout and leather strape). This drink is
very strong.
Palm Wine
This wine is from Schendi. There is no real description given on
it. Serve in a goblet like other wines.
Rence Beer
This is a beer, found in the Marshes. normally carried in a
gourd made from seeds and fermented. its served warm in tankard
or cup.
Sul Paga
This drink is made from suls ( more like a earth moonshine) its
a clear stout drink and would not be found in the north or
anywhere outside the peasant villages.
Ta Wine
A wine made from ta grapes, from Cos. Served in Goblet, not
much is mentioned in regards to this wine, Serve room temp or
chilled.
Turian Liquors
Sweet syrupy wine know to be the best. serve room temp in
goblet.
Water
No different a drink then (earth) water can be found in many
places, stored in barrels dipped from lakes and streams. Served
cool or room temp in cup or goblet.
White Wine
This wine has no description found, only that its a light white
wine. serve room temp or chilled in goblet or cup.
