says to ALL: I was out early this day..getting preparations for
things to come..a grin spread over soft lips as my mind was
going from one thought to another..I reached in my pocket and
pulled out some keys..taking the right one I slid it in the lock
and turned..it opened the door and the door swung open..I walked
inside..

says to ALL: I set the package down that I had purchased the day
before at the market..letting the contents fall to the large
work table..I spread them out..I bought 24 metal tipped
arrows..and have use for them all..I set my arrow case down and
slipped a pair of leather gloves on..I was not planning on
ruining my hands for this..once the gloves were on..I took a
large gripping thing and tugged the tip that was on the
arrow..that helped to loosen it..but it was being stubborn...I
applied as much pressure as I could and began to feel beads of
sweat form on my brown...grrrr.....growls and just gives
up...throwing it to the floor..I search for a hankie and dab my
forehead..finally exhausted ..I sat on the dusty seat and cursed
low under my breath..thinking this is so hard..it's men
work...and I am not a man....I looked on the floor of the
building..and let out a chuckle as the tip did in deed fall
off..I jumped from my seat and picked it up..not sure where the
tip went..but who cares..it's off the arrow..I picked the arrow
up and pushed the new tip on it...tilting the arrow straight
up..I banged it on the work table..pushing it on..

says to ALL: Finally..one was completed..whew..I wiped at my
brow again..and plopped on the stool..thinking..what was I
thinking??..I knew this was a man's job..I set everything back
and knew I will get a thrall to do this.at least it will be done
properly..I took my satchel and slid it over my arm..leaving
the storage building..I slipped the key in the lock and locked
it up..making my way to the path to take me to docks..I knew
there were a few men down there..

says to ALL: Making my way to the docks..I looked to the dock
masters office and see some men hanging around..they all get so
giddy when women are around..almost shameful..I grinned..as I
passed them and walked into the dock master's office...taking a
seat..I waited for his attention ..and when I got it..he stood
from his seat and came right over" Amira...Amira..how are you ?
And your father? he is healing"? I looked at him as he lifted my
hand and titled his head as though he would bow..I pulled my
hand back after the normal amount of time..and looked up" My
father is doing better..but still on the mend..however..in the
mean time..I need a thrall to do some work for me" after a few
minutes I explained what I needed done and he nodded." Very Well
Lady Amira..I will send a thrall to you ..he will find you at
the hall"..I thanked him and left..
