Hello, I am Random Marble (sploderscience64)
1. why i want to be a moderator?
My answer:
Personality plays a big part in whether or not a person is a
good forum moderator. A good forum moderator needs to be calm
and needs to be able to stand an argument without becoming
heated. They need to have a good amount of common sense and they
need to be able to handle having harsh words tossed at them.
They cannot go easy on any one member and they must treat all
members fairly. They need to understand their position and not
take advantage of it or abuse their powers. Another good quality
would be consideration. Good mods need to be considerate.

2.What does a moderator do?
My answer:
Moderators are assigned to "moderate" something which means they
are in charge of seeing that it does what it is supposed to do
and nothing more.
Most moderators are driven mad by their lust for power and will
cause suffering and hatred at every turn because it makes them
happy to see others unhappy.
What the other definitions here leave out is that moderators
aren't just for forums or websites. There are moderators of
sorts in games, chat rooms and many other places. All of them
are nerdy teenages who get back at life for making them monsters
by taking their anger out on anyone they can.

3. why should the test be given to you?
My answer:
Once you have planned your test and recruited your test
participants, it’s time to get ready to conduct your test. To
do so, you’ll want to think about which moderating technique is
right for your test, set up your space and equipment, and make
sure that you do a pilot test prior to testing with actual
participants.

2. Why do you want to be a moderator?
Because this place needs to be moderated by a lot of moderators.
I want to keep this place good and safe, without hackers or
another things like that. I will do everything to keep this
place safe.
3. What does a moderator do?
A moderator can ban that members who break the rules and are
saying rude things. The moderators can make regular users
moderators, if they are respecting the rules and do nice things
for the forum (or apply for a mod.) They can also remove
swearing posts.
4. Why should the test be given to you?
I have my own forum and I can moderate very well. I will see
every bad thing will happen on the forums

Denied.There are more stuff that moderators do. If you have a
forum, it doesn't mean that you have big experience but its ok.
Elaborate a bit, you can reapply for 1 week.

I am changing the moderator system because this is kind of
stupid. I have already thought of it so...locked.
