       In response to Unicorn it must be remembered that it was DC's ex
       partner who decided, in season 2010/2011, NOT to run an Ashford
       Town first team.   This led to the "death" of Ashford Town FC
       and the re-birth as Ashford United in an even lower league.
       The long term damage has been immense.

       It's all history now, unfortunately we can't change that. All we
       can do is look at the now, enjoy what has been fought for off
       the pitch and look to the future.
       I personally feel the future is a bright one for Ashford
       football.
