What is going on?

Since regaining ownership of the ground, instead of the expected
massive boost, AUFC have played Sevenoaks twice and lost twice,
with an aggregate 0-7 scoreline. To an outsider this seems very
strange!

In answer to "confused", Sevenoaks are very much the in form
SCEFL team. Last Saturday, Ashford were awful and turned in
one of the worse performances of the season. On Tuesday,
Ashford fielded a weak team and were brushed aside by a strong
Sevenoaks one. The real mystery is the tea bar. We were
told, over the past few months, it was closed due to technical
problems. Looked OK Tuesday evening. Perhaps it was that well
known British problem, "staff shortage".

Re tea bar. the last I heard it had been closed by ABC on H&S
grounds, so very interesting that it was open again. Somebody
not being truthful here, wonder who!!! When 2 very stubborn
people clash, the truth is often the loser.

Indeed confused, clearly the same people who were telling
porkies about the pitch costing £200,000 plus and the
floodlights £20,000 plus.

Was it not confused who told us all that the pitch and ground
needed 500k spent on it to repair it all?
Hmm I'd find another source for your info before trying to
convince others in future.
