The current list reads:
Pat Kingwell.
Charlie Dickens.
Mikey Dalton.
Sean Welford.
Ben Davisson.
Micky Phillips.
Josh Woolley.
Chris Elliot.
George Savage.
Taser Hassan.
I know things can change before the season starts. But it's not
a bad start and definitely a plus to have Kingwell again. We
look lost at the back without his leadership and experience.

With the wage bill said to have been slashed, I am a little
surprised at one or two of those names committing to next
season, but maybe they are getting too old to attract big money
anymore!! Didn't I read on twitter that Ryan Palmer has agreed
terms to stay, or did I dream that?

Twitter and Facebook are beyond me, thus my reliance on forums.
If Palmer stays, that will be another huge coup. He is a real
attacking talent.

Unfortunately fluff, due to the Crosbie/Peach scatter gun
approach to suing (if you issue enough threats or lawsuits, one
of them might pay off) it is very difficult for anyone to answer
that one how they would probably like. It can't be through the
gate and sponsorship money, so presumably someone must be
digging into their own pockets, but the question is, who?

At the end of season presentation evening they were asking us
all to dip into our pockets for player sponsorship, raffles (if
you would want to go there again.......) etc etc. Now it seems
they have it in spades.
Is it a hard push to get the punters in and the gate money up?

Welcome to the forum Jockeyclub
The list of players already signed up did not quite fit with the
"no money no club" message being peddled by the owner.
I agree there are some deep pockets somewhere.
