My dear mushy, gloating really doesn't become you, especially
if, as I am hearing, that gloating is rather premature. I am not
convinced, and firmly believe that there are still more twists
       to come!!

An alternative view is the case went well and the ground will be
       transferred back within 2-3 weeks.

Just pushing this back up... you were told, but sadly didnt
       listen. Now for promotion!!

So come on then Mushy spill the beans.........what precisely is
       it that you know?

Why have you posted that on this thread, it is a business deal
and nothing to do with any court case!!! Oh well, whatever. this
part of the saga has finally come to an end, it would seem, with
VBar finally getting their money back. All they ever wanted, in
       fact.

The court case was still going on, but now they have agreed a
settlement, it is now over. Therefore it is relevant. Now, I'm
looking forward to a burger on Tuesday!

How little you really know about what's been going on Mr
Confused, a very apt name for you.
So the facts, as I've said before, the 3 D's and Jason have
fought for the club, given more than you'll ever know to fight
off a half man half beast, again very apt.
But you don't want to hear that do you!?
You're post reads like you're full of disappointment that we've
       got our ground back.
Long overdue maintenance started on the pitch yesterday, did you
       hear that?

You obviously believe all the lies that you are told. I don't
give a toss who owns the ground, but if someone had made the
payments in the 1st place then this situation would never have
occurred. I think you'd better explain your comments about
somebody who leant money in all good faith, only to get abuse
from idiots like you because he wanted his money back. The good
news today is that he has finally got his money back and can now
move on. I suggest that you do the same without throwing insults
       about.
The only thing that I am confused about is how easy it is to
pull the wool over some peoples eyes. Continue to enjoy your
       football.

So exactly who / what caused the problems, the the loss of the
ground which led to the "half man half beast" to need fighting
       off in the 1st place?

You just keep on believing what you want to hear my friend.
Go to a game and speak to the lads that were in court. They'll
tell you exactly why the club had to take court action.
Enjoy the truth when you finally seek it for yourself.
