       In The High Court.

       It would appear that there is definitely a hearing in The High
       Court next month.   Not sure who is the plaintiff but suspect it
       is V Bar.  Rumour has it that DC is representing himself!  Bet
       the legal profession is pooping itself.

       with the plethora of legal firms available, one would have to
       ask the question, is his defence so rock solid that he doesn't
       need professional advice?
       I would assume there would be a queue to represent a man who has
       a string of courtroom losses, a history of insovency, a lot of
       debt owed to lgal representation and currenty signing on
       Oh and don't forget the string of debt Ashford United has run up
       hiring legal advice on his behalf.

       So rumour has it V Bar have started court action for the Double
       D's to either prove ownership or to go away. They were prepared
       to meet them halfway and do a deal but this was knocked back by
       the midget.
       They have had over a year to sort it out so you cannot blame V
       Bar for wanting to put an end to the whole sorry saga.
