What is he on about?

I see Kaiser Admin elsewhere has stated again that basically if
you don't all say how wonderful everything is, and how great
dumb and dumber are, there is a threat that the forum will be
closed down.
What is he on about? no-one other than the admin can take the
forum down, it belongs to him, nobody else. He claims that there
is a threat to close it down from outside, but they can't shut
it down.
I know he is a sycophantic old fool, but if the forum
disappears, as per his threat, there is only one person to
blame, and that is admin himself, whatever else he may try to
claim.

Well it looks like the forum is a gonna, or will be shortly if
it hasn't gone already, so this will be the only open forum
left, if anyone is clever enough to find it.

In previous cases i know the BKVP forum has been kind enough to
link to other (sadly gone) forums. But I would hate to ask and
take users away from what is a great, if greatly underused,
forum. On the other hand, as the ATFC forum's days are numbered,
my morale compass says i can post a link to show fans the way.
