[ACCEPTED][Official] The Loyal Legion

During the early 20th century, a small organized Crime group
emerged in east New York City. Whilst the first world war was
going on, the US had the most food, meaning other contries had
to ration for their survival. The crime group took advantage of
this situation by making classified deals with countries from
around Europe. The deals were very simple but well thought
idea's which were trading rations of food for arms and vehicles.
European countries were so short on rations, they had no choice.
Luckily for the crime group they were never caught performing
these deals. Mainly the deals took place on US soil. There was a
risk for the European countries. If they were to lose the
rations for one reason or another they would not be refunded,
therefore they would have to repeat the deal done between them
and the crime group, meaning the group would benefit from this.
During the 1920's the organized crime group decided to give
themselves a name, they were known as 'The Syndicate'. 'The
Syndicate' was run by a man named Jack Torreto whom orignally
was from the USA. Jack was a powerful and very dictator like
person in New York. Many were afraid of him even the NYPD didn't
dare to cross him. Jack was a wealthy man living in the bigest
and most isolated house in New York. 'The Syndicate' had no
business income when the war ended, meaning to stay at the top
of the game they needed to try something new. Kane Thompson was
the right hand to Jack and he made a significant move which
would change the Syndicate for years to come...
In the early history of the Syndicate the new business was to
sell the huge amount of weapons they had recived from deals
during the war to the Sicilian Mafia and the Chicago Crime
Family, to make money. This earned the Syndicate a great
reputation within Chicago and New York itself. In late October
1929 another significant fact in history happened which would
change the Syndicate's way of trading. The Wall Street crash
made the Syndicate raise prices on weapons meaning the Sicilian
Mafia didn't like it one bit. The Boss of the Sicilian Mafia was
Antonio Pegarino. He was a sick and demented man who wanted
everything to himself. After around a week of aggro Antonio met
with Jack in a abandonned oil refernary in Long Island. The
topic of discussion was the increasing rise of the weapons and
how angry the Mafia were. Eventually Pegarino had enough and
left.
On the 1st November 1929, Pegarino's men stormed Jack's mansion.
A small war broke out between the two groups. Pegarino's men had
never really been in a "Gang war" situation before, because they
were only helping the Syndicate with deals. Anyhow through the
night shots were fired but at around 4:25AM on 2nd November
1929, Jack walked out of his mansion with his remaining men,
carrying the bodies of the fallen. This was the day Andy decided
after years of acting like a Mafia they decided to actually
become one.
In 1930, Kane and Jack had reached the agreement to become a
Mafia. In this case the Syndicate decided to change their name
into something a little more "Mafia-type". Their new name was
the Jack's Family. The name was unfortunatly to be short lived
due to Jack dieing in the summer of 1931. That man was Jack's
son, Jackson Robert's, who was killed in a car accident just six
months after he'd taken over the Jack's Family. It was time for
a change, Kane decided that it was time to stop sitting a side
and he took on the role of being the Boss, and in 1935 the Mafia
was once again re-named back to the Syndicate.
The leader of the Syndicate Kane died in 1962 after recruiting
Associates from all around the world. The Syndicate had turned
into a Multicultural Mafia which operated in many major cities
in the US such as Chicago Illinois, Miami, Florida, Washington
DC and Philadelphia,Pennsylvania. Kane had constructed one of
the biggest most powerful Mafia's in US history. A month after
Kane died, a meeting was held in Los Santos, San Andreas. The
whole Mafia came to the agreement that each state which the
Syndicate opperated in there will be a under the nwe boss
controling. The decision was made that James Turner were to be
the new Boss, Kane's right hand. After around five years of
runing the Syndicate, James made frequent visits to Colombia,
fixing up a deal with a man named Sergio Cortes, the leader of
the Colombian Cartel. Sergio and James reached the agreement
that the Syndicate would pay the Colombian Cartel a certain
amount of money each year for them to import drugs Materials and
exlosives directly to Los Santos.
During the 1970's the Syndicate was at war with the Albanian
Mafia within Los Santos in a "turf war". This eventually
transpired into a full on war with each Mafia attempting to
assassinate the Boss. The war ended in the early 1980's with the
Albanian Boss, giving into the Syndicate. The Albanian Mafia
were the most powerful in Los Santos but now it looked
as if the Syndicate had taken over that role with there
prisiguess leadership and crushed their whole organisation,
never to be heard of again.
Now in 2014 the Syndicate have appeared under a new name...

Loyal Legion. Memebers will be asked to fill in the code and
post it on the topic. This is basically so everyone knows how a
character would act ICly or even what they like/dislike. This is
a mini-profile which I've developed just for members of the
Loyal Legion only.

James Turner [James]
This is the head of the Mob. The boss makes all the decisions to
lead his family to high wealth and success.
Under Boss (5)
Francis Underwood [Francis]
The Underboss, usually appointed by the Boss, is the second in
command of the family. The Underboss is usually first in line to
become Acting Boss if the Boss is imprisoned.
Consigliere is an advisor to the family. They are often low
profile gangsters that can be trusted. They often keep the
family looking as legitimate as possible, and are, themselves,
legitimate apart from some minor gambling or loan sharking.
Captain (4)
A Captain is in charge of a crew. Captains are mainly in charge
Soldiers and Corporals following the guidelines off the Boss,
ensuring that they are following the Mob's rules.
Corporal (3)
Corporal's are a higher ranked Soldier within the Mob, they
mainly are just more proven Soldiers and a lot more trusted.
Soldier (2)
Soldier's are proven members of the Mob, they will need to be
proven to either the Underboss or Boss before progressing
through the ranks.
Associate (1)
An Associate is not a member of the mob, but more of an errand
boy. They're usually a go-between or sometimes deal in drugs to
keep the heat off of the actual members.[/center]

To become a member/recruit of the Loyal Legion you will need to
Roleplay your way into the faction. There are ways you can get
into the Mob quicker and be more respected but you'll have to
figure that out yourself. You will have to respond to our
adverts or come and find us IC. If you come to find us ICly
don't MG that we hang around in a certain place or you will be
turned down immediately.
About us
Loyal Legion is a Organized Crime Syndicate based around a Multi
Cultural society. This means that anyone, from any ethnic group
can join the mob.
The Loyal Legion operate in many different sectors, but in most
cases drugs and weapons. The mob are a Illegal business which
can be hired to do certain jobs, here are what we can do for
you!

The Loyal Legion aim to be a competition to the rival
families/gangs based in San Andreas trying to become one of the

Legitimacy Loans
"Loans which suite you!"
Legitimacy Loans is part of the multi-million dollar company
'Legitimacy'. The loans company allows the public to take out
loans of up to one-hundred thousand dollars paying it back
within a twenty day window with thirty percent interest being
paid back on top of the loan. Anybody can take out a loan, but
the loan and interest must be paid back within the window. If
the loans are not paid back within the window 'legal action'
will be taken.
To take out a loan from Legitimacy Loans you must fill in the
following form and send it to the CEO, Mr. Turner will review
the application to take out a loan and if it's accepted you will
receive a call, asking you to come and meet one of Legitamacy's
'associates'.
OOC Information.
The Loyal Legion are offering a 'loan shark' service to people
who are in need of money. This is all done totally ICly but the
money has to be paid back OOCly no matter what. If the money is
not paid back you will receive a complaint for 'scamming' on you
as you agree OOCly in the application to pay the money back. If
you would like to take out a loan you will need to post
underneath the Loyal Legion thread the code and wait for a
reply. This is somewhat forum RP but you will receive the money
IG. I look forward to seeing how this idea plans out.[/center]

You can clearly see that I was the one who made it as I have
same forum name "James". Not to mention, it was created a few
days ago by me.
I made that application on that servers as I thought It'd be a
success. But it was clearly not and therefore I switched server
to this one and used my own application.
